We have arranged a coach and bike trailer (RETURN) at additional cost of £TBCpp, pickup will be from central london on Thursday 29th Aug 2025.

You can also make your own arrangement to the venue “Kenwick Park Hotel & Estate, Kenwick Park, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8NR, United Kingdom”

We would suggest that you bring at least 3 cycling kits and change of clothes to wear for the evening’s events and your journey home. You will also need nightwear, toiletries, etc.

If you are planning on cycling then you will also need your bike.

Please see the terms & conditions in respect of our accommodation;

• You must vacate the accommodation by 10:00am on the day of your departure. An additional charge may be made for a late departure that has not been agreed.
• Please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. If applicable, guests deposit all their refuse and recycling in the recycling centre at the park.
• TVs and radios should always be used considerately, quiet time between 11pm and 8am.
• You may be liable for the cost of repair of any damage to property, equipment or facilities which is caused by you or anyone in your party, or by any of your visitors.
• To refrain from smoking in any accommodation , facilities, restaurants or entertainment areas on the park (you may only smoke in our designated areas, if any)

No Limit Cycling Club operates a no refund policy. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, your payment is non-refundable and you will only receive a refund if you are able to arrange a replacement for your booking.

  • Light warm-up rides around Louth and local roads (varying distances for all abilities).
  • Evening welcome dinner with a “Shaker Challenge” — Lincolnshire trivia and fun facts.

Tackle the Lincolnshire Wolds’ famous hills and ride to the historic port town of Grimsby.

Activities:

• Morning group rides to Grimsby through the scenic Lincolnshire Wolds.
• Challenging climbs for advanced and intermediate riders; relaxed ride to Louth for beginners.
• Midway cafe stop at xxxx
• Lunch in Grimsby with options to explore local attractions, like the Grimsby Fishing Heritage Centre.

Enjoy a coastal cruising day along the beautiful Lincolnshire coast.

Activities:

• Coastal challenge rides from Kenwick Park to Mablethorpe and Alford, with options for advanced, intermediate, and beginner routes.
• Midway cafe stop at xxxx
• End the day with traditional fish and chips or ice cream, and fun awards for “Best Seaside Look.”

Relax and recover with a day inspired by Lincolnshire’s historical charm.

Activities:

• Light breakfast followed by gentle morning activities: a nature walk or a yoga/stretching session.
• Spa and leisure time at Kenwick Park.
• Farewell gathering with reflections, group photos, and departure by coach at 12 noon.
