We have secured 8 cottages for 3 nights and 4 days at The Bay Filey, 1 Moor Road, Filey YO14 9GA , each cottage sleeps 6 people (3x rooms= 1x double bed and 2x Single Bed).

Total Cost for 3 nights accommodation, dinner & drinks for Friday & Saturday night.

£175pp Sharing (2 in a room)
£300 for Single Supplement (your own room)
£350 for a Couple in a room with a double bed

We have arranged a coach and bike trailer (RETURN) at additional cost of £120pp, pickup will be from central london on Thursday 29th Aug 2024.

– Coach are club class seats with 45 degree recline.
– Lateral slide option, generous leg room and adjustable foot rests.
– Snack & Drinks

– Emergency Toilet Facilities.

You can also make your own arrangement to the venue The Bay Filey, 1 Moor Road, Filey YO14 9GA. The nearest train station is Filey Train Station.

We would suggest that you bring at least 3 cycling kits and change of clothes to wear for the evening’s events and your journey home. You will also need nightwear, toiletries, etc.

If you are planning on cycling then you will also need your bike.

Please see the terms & conditions in respect of our accommodation;

You must vacate the accommodation by 10:00am on the day of your departure. An additional charge may be made for a late departure that has not been agreed.
Please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. If applicable, guests deposit all their refuse and recycling in the recycling centre at the park.
TVs and radios should always be used considerately, quiet time between 11pm and 8am.
You may be liable for the cost of repair of any damage to property, equipment or facilities which is caused by you or anyone in your party, or by any of your visitors.
To refrain from smoking in any accommodation , facilities, restaurants or entertainment areas on the park (you may only smoke in our designated areas, if any)

No Limit Cycling Club operates a no refund policy. In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, your accommodation payment is non-refundable and you will only receive a refund if you are able to arrange a replacement for your booking.
